Doyle Dennis Avery LLP Partner Mike Doyle Named Acting Chair of AAJ Railroad Law Section
Railroad injury lawyer and FELA attorney Mike Doyle of Doyle Dennis Avery LLP has been named Acting Chair of the AAJ Railroad Law Section, a national group advocating for injured railroad workers and accident victims.

Doyle Dennis Avery LLP is proud to announce that partner Mike Doyle has been elected by his peer attorneys to serve as the Chair of the American Association for Justice’s (AAJ) Railroad Law Section. The AAJ is the largest national organization of plaintiff trial lawyers, dedicated to promoting justice for those injured by the misconduct or negligence of others. Its specialized sections provide resources, advocacy, and collaboration for attorneys working in particular practice areas, helping to advance both the law and the rights of clients.
The AAJ’s Railroad Law Section focuses on the unique legal issues involved in representing individuals injured in railroad-related incidents, including workers, passengers, and members of the public. The railroad injury lawyers and Federal Employers’ Liability Act (FELA) attorneys of this section share cutting-edge legal strategies, safety research, and case law developments related to claims under the FELA, railroad crossing accidents, train derailments, and other complex matters involving rail carriers. The section also advocates for stronger safety regulations and fair treatment for injured railroad workers and victims.
Mike Doyle’s elected leadership role underscores our firm’s depth of experience and commitment to railroad injury litigation, which has been recognized by his peer attorneys who selected Mike to serve as the Railroad Law Section Chair. Over his career, Mike has successfully represented clients in high-stakes cases involving serious injuries caused by railroad negligence. As Chair of the Railroad Law Section, he will help shape national strategy, share knowledge with fellow attorneys, and advocate for safer rail operations nationwide. This recognition further demonstrates our firm’s readiness to take on major railroad cases and fight for the rights of those harmed by the railroad industry.
