Doyle Dennis Avery LLP and the Youngdahl Law Firm File Lawsuit on Behalf of Train Conductor Who Suffered Injuries as a Result of Defendant’s Employee Driving 18-Wheeler into Train Tracks
Doyle Dennis Avery LLP recently filed suit in Dallas County on behalf of a train conductor who injured himself as a result of an incident that occurred when Defendant Ramos & Sons Trucking’s employee, Humberto Ramos, drove his 18-wheeler across train tracks, causing a collision with the oncoming locomotive which our client was working on.
On or about June 17, 2022, Doyle Dennis Avery LLP’s client was working in the course and scope of his employment as a conductor for Union Pacific Railroad Company. The locomotive upon which our client was working collided with an 18-wheeler that was negligently operated by Humberto Ramos and Ramos & Sons Trucking at or near Wilmer, Texas. The 18-wheeler Humberto Ramos was operating was owned by Ramos & Sons Trucking. Humberto Ramos was employed by Ramos & Sons Trucking. Humberto Ramos negligently pulled the 18-wheeler onto the railroad crossing and into the path of our client’s train, causing a collision between the train and 18-wheeler, and injuring our client.
